Patriotic or insulting?

I don't really care which way you look at it, the REAL issue here is the fact that this photo, this photo was published in Peru's national magazine. This is a HORRIBLE photo! The model looks like a tranny (no offence to trannies) and to be honest, I could probably take this photo in some backyard in California with my digital camera. The angle isn't complimentary and the lighting is not in the least bit alluring. The true punishable criminal here is the photographer.

My personal opinion on this stupid story: she looks cold and uncomfortable and while I don't think she deserves to go on trial for insulting her native country, Peru (because obviously she's just a cold idiot), I don't think she should be commended for exhibiting her patriotism either.
